Membership Application

Email sesfrbc@gmail.com to apply for membership. You will receive instructions about sending fees by email once your application is processed.

Note: SESFRBC members MUST primarily reside within the club region.

Please allow at least 7 business days for email confirmation of membership. Once your membership has been fully processed, you will automatically receive correspondence regarding club news, elections, and other pertinent matters regarding the club and have access to members only pages on this website.

Membership shall be from 1 July to 30 June to coincide with Sweeps Season. Renewals are due by 30 June each calendar year. The following rules apply:

– New member applicants from 1 July through 31 December will be required to pay the full-year membership fee with membership expiring on 30 June the following year.

– New member applicants from 1 January to 30 April will be required to pay discounted fee with membership expiring on 30 June of the same year.
– Applicants for new memberships and renewals between 1 May and 30 June will be required to pay the full-year membership fee with membership expiring on 30 June of the following year. (ie. June 19, 2022, extends through June 30, 2023).

– A grace period of 15 days (until 15 July) will be allowed for renewals with no additional fees.

– Late renewal OR new member applicants wishing to have their sweepstake points from July & August shows (16 July – 30 August) will be required to pay late fees.
– Memberships lapsed after 30 August will not be renewable.
