Membership Application
Please fill out our ONLINE APPLICATION. You will receive instructions about sending fees by email once your application is processed.
Note: SESFRBC members MUST primarily reside within the club region.
Please allow 5-7 business days for email confirmation of membership. Once your membership has been fully processed, you will automatically receive correspondence regarding club news, elections, and other pertinent matters regarding the club and have access to members only pages on this website.
Membership terms are July 1 – June 30 each year corresponding with sweepstakes year. Renewals are due by June 30 each calendar year. The following rules apply:
– New member applicants from July 1 through December 31 will be required to pay the full-year membership fee with membership expiring on the June 30 of the following year.
– New member applicants from January 1 to April 30 will be required to pay discounted fee with membership expiring on June 30 of the same year.
– Applicants for new memberships and renewals between May 1 and June 30 will be required to pay the full-year membership fee with membership expiring on June 30 of the following year. (ie. June 19, 2022 extends through June 30, 2023).
– A grace period of 15 days (until July 15) will be allowed for renewals with no additional fees.
– Late renewal OR new member applicants wishing to have their sweepstake points from July & August shows (July 16 – August 30) will be required to pay late fees.
– Memberships lapsed after August 30 will not be renewable.

1 year membership fees are as follows:

Youth: $5
Two Party: $10
Additional Members: $2
After January 1
Single: $5
Youth: $3
Two Party: $8
Additional Members: $1

Youth: $6
Two Party: $15
