RULES FOR SELLING RABBITS

Rabbit Sales Posts must be for Silver Fox rabbits and include:

• picture of the Silver Fox rabbit(s)
• date of birth (not age)
• gender
• color
• general location
• pedigreed or not
• price

NO sale posts are permitted regarding rabbits under 8 weeks old or leading to a future sale, including announcements of future availability or asking for deposits. Selling kits with the dam is acceptable depending on circumstances, but not recommended and should not be a common practice.

ANY SALES POSTS NOT IN COMPLIANCE

WITH THE ABOVE RULES MAY BE REMOVED!

 

Addition sales information recommended:

• side, top, and back side posed pictures, with age at the time taken
• show wins, grand champion, winning parentage, etc.
• proven or not

In Search Of (ISO) Posts should include if searching for:

• age, gender, color, and whatever else is desired
• show or meat quality
• pedigree or not
• location and/or distance limitations

Note: Asking for a pedigree usually suggests show quality is more desired and many rabbit breeders do not sell pedigreed rabbits at meat quality prices.
